A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: hand pears (doyenne du comice or conference), white wine, sugar, whole milk and milk chocolate (chopped into pieces).

Directions

  1. Peel the pears, leave the stalk on it. Put them in a pan and pour the white wine and sugar. Fill with water until the pears are just below. Bring to the boil and cook for 30 minutes on low heat. Take the pears out of the pan. Pour the milk into the pan and bring to the boil, remove from the heat as soon as the milk boils and stir in the pieces of milk chocolate, so that a smooth sauce is created. Pour the hot sauce directly over the pears.
  2. You can make the pears 1 day in advance and pour the warm chocolate sauce on the day itself. They are also cold! .
