American coconut pancakes with pineapple and chocolate sauce


A tasty american recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: slim cream, dark chocolate (in pieces), mix for American pancakes (a 400 g), ground coconut, milk, egg, oil and pineapple (in pieces).

Directions

  1. Bring to the boil in saucepan.
  2. Take the pan of fire and melt the chocolate into a smooth sauce while stirring.
  3. In bowl of pancake mix, stir 20 g of coconut, milk and egg until smooth.
  4. Fry 1/2 tbsp oil in frying pan.
  5. Stir whole gravy batter into pan and allow to rise to a pancake of approx.
  6. 10 cm.
  7. Divide a few pieces of pineapple over batter.
  8. Pancake turns as top bubbles and almost dry.
  9. Unroll the bottom golden brown.
  10. Keep the pancake warm between two plates.
  11. Cooking 7 pancakes in this way.
  12. Put two pancakes on each other on four plates.
  13. Serve the chocolate sauce over it and sprinkle the rest of coconut over it..
