Boen 3 limes clean and grate the green skin. Squeeze out all the fruits.

Bring the water to the boil with the sugar and let the sugar roast.

Stir in the lime zest and juice and leave to cool in 1 hour. Pour in a freezer and put in the freezer for 3 hours.

Cut the fresh mint finely and mix with the pomegranate juice. Pour into a deep-freeze box and put in the freezer for 3 hours.

Stir in the lime and pomegranate granita with a fork after 1 hour. Repeat this every half hour.

Spoon the pomegranate granita and then the lime granita in the glasses and garnish with the pomegranate seeds. Bon appétit! .
