Vanilla ice cream with strong coffee and walnuts.

Heat a skillet without oil or butter and roast the walnuts for 2 minutes. Shake occasionally so that the nuts roast evenly.

Sprinkle the nuts with the sugar and let it simmer over medium heat in 1 min. Let cool for 15 minutes on a plate. Heel coarse.

Divide the vanilla ice cream over 4 bowls or ice cream coupes. Pour in the coffee, drizzle with the honey and garnish with the walnuts. Serve immediately.
