Tarts with rhubarb
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: rhubarb, sugar, fresh cream cheese natural (eg MonChou), a 100 g), honey and cake tarts (pack of 6).

Clean rhubarb, wash and cut into pieces of approx.

2 cm.

Bring to the boil 50 ml of water with sugar.

Melt the rhubarb gently for about 5 minutes.

Drain the rhubarb, let it drain and let it cool slightly.

Rub the cream cheese with 3 tablespoons of honey and spread over cake bottoms.

To create rhubarb and sprinkle with the rest of honey.

Place in refrigerator until used..
