A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: rhubarb, sugar, fresh cream cheese natural (eg MonChou), a 100 g), honey and cake tarts (pack of 6).

Directions

  1. Clean rhubarb, wash and cut into pieces of approx.
  2. 2 cm.
  3. Bring to the boil 50 ml of water with sugar.
  4. Melt the rhubarb gently for about 5 minutes.
  5. Drain the rhubarb, let it drain and let it cool slightly.
  6. Rub the cream cheese with 3 tablespoons of honey and spread over cake bottoms.
  7. To create rhubarb and sprinkle with the rest of honey.
  8. Place in refrigerator until used..
