Place the dessert plates at least an hour in advance in the freezer.

Make sure the cream puffs are thawed.

Draw a beautiful star or Christmas tree on each board with the decoration pen.

In the middle of the star, create a large roll of bread ice cream.

Put three puffs per person against the bread roll ice cream and put a bag on top.

Dust the whole with cocoa and icing sugar and garnish with silver pearls.
