Homemade ice cream from whipped cream, condensed milk, raspberries, strawberry, mint and raspberries.

Directions

  1. Put the whipped cream and condensed milk in a bowl and whisk the mixture with a mixer in 5 minutes. Scoop the thawed raspberries through.
  2. Put the mixture in the freezer. Put the lid on and let it freeze in the freezer in 8 hours.
  3. Divide the meringues over the plates. Put 1 scoop of ice on each meringue. Garnish with leaves of fresh mint and fresh raspberries.
