Put the cranberries, strawberries, raspberries, sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.

Stir the cornstarch into the water and gently stir through the fruit. Cook for 3 minutes on medium heat.

Scoop the fruit into a bowl and allow the ground to cool to room temperature in 15 minutes.
