A la minute summer fruit ice cream with cottage cheese


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: fresh mint (only the leaves), low-fat French curd cheese (500 g), vanilla sugar (a 8 g), summer fruit (250 g, frozen), tropical fruit lemonade (canned 750 ml), gingerbread (biscuit) and pack of 175 g).

Directions

  1. Cut half of the fresh mint fine.
  2. Stir the curd with a fork with the vanilla sugar and finely chopped mint.
  3. Grind the frozen summer fruit in the food processor or with the hand blender into a puree.
  4. Scoop the curd and the puree together in 4 dishes.
  5. Sprinkle the lemonade syrup over the fruit and put the gingerbread between the curd cheese and the ice cream.
  6. Garnish with the rest of the mint leaves..
