A la minute summer fruit ice cream with cottage cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: fresh mint (only the leaves), low-fat French curd cheese (500 g), vanilla sugar (a 8 g), summer fruit (250 g, frozen), tropical fruit lemonade (canned 750 ml), gingerbread (biscuit) and pack of 175 g).

Cut half of the fresh mint fine.

Stir the curd with a fork with the vanilla sugar and finely chopped mint.

Grind the frozen summer fruit in the food processor or with the hand blender into a puree.

Scoop the curd and the puree together in 4 dishes.

Sprinkle the lemonade syrup over the fruit and put the gingerbread between the curd cheese and the ice cream.

Garnish with the rest of the mint leaves..
