Directions

  1. Figs wash and cross deeply.
  2. Smash cheese and put it in figs.
  3. Preheat the oven grill.
  4. Place figs in greased baking dish and let cheese melt for 7 to 8 minutes under grill.
  5. Meanwhile reduce dessert wine to a high heat on a high heat.
  6. Spread figs over four dessert plates.
  7. Drip wine syrup around it..
