Ingredients: 100 g speculoos; 40 ml espresso; 300 g fresh cream cheese soft and airy; 1 el powdered sugar

Tiramisu of speculoos, espresso and crema per tiramisu.

Ingredients

100 g speculoos
40 ml espresso

300 g fresh cream cheese soft and airy
1 el powdered sugar

Kitchen Stuff

4 small glasses (bottom Ø 4 cm)
1 piping bag with cartel mouth

Directions

Finely chop the caramel. Spoon 1 tbsp cookie crumbs and 1 tsp coffee in each glass.
Mix the fresh cream cheese with the icing sugar.
Pipe a layer of fresh cream cheese over the cookie crumb. Again, create 1 tbsp crumbs and 1 tbsp coffee.
Repeat with a layer of fresh cream cheese and finish with some cookie crumbs.
