Mix 100 ml crevino rosé or white into a coulis with the forest fruit jam.

Clean the strawberries and lay 4 strawberries with crowns separately.

Divide the coulis as a mirror over the deep plates. Arrange the forest fruits with the strawberries. Grind a touch of pepper over the fruits. Put a roll of bread ice cream and garnish with fresh mint or lemon.

Place a strawberry in each cocktail glass or cut into the strawberry and stick it to the edge of the glass.

Pour the crevino into the glasses and serve at the dessert.
