Fruit crumble with orange fruit
Mix the flour and sugar in a bowl with a pinch of salt. Work the butter through the fingertips to a coarse mixture.
Mix in the oatmeal flakes, but make sure it stays a crumbly whole. Put this in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Divide the fruit over the baking dish. Sprinkle the crumble dough over it and pour the honey over it in a stream.
Bake the crumble in the middle of the oven in about 40 minutes until tender and golden brown.
Serve warm with, for example, whipped cream or ice cream.
