A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: dates (without pit (bag 250 g)), dried figs (bag 200 g), dried apricots (bag 500 g), orange (scrubbed), cinnamon ice, liquid honey, pistachio nuts ((box 95 g) and coarsely chopped).

Cut the dates, figs and apricots into small cubes. Grate the orange zest of the orange over the dried fruit. Scoop everything together well.

Put the serving ring on a plate. Spoon a 1/4 of the tuttifrutti mixture and lightly press. Make 3 more tarts. Create a large roll of cinnamon ice cream in the middle. Pour the honey over it from left to right in one line. Sprinkle the pistachio over it and serve immediately.
