Pears in espresso with milk chocolate
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: hand pears (small), espresso coffee, sugar, milk chocolate and vanilla ice cream.

Halve the unpeeled pears lengthwise (allow the stalk to sit in one half).

Remove the seeds with a melon scoop or a teaspoon.

Bring the espresso with the sugar to the boil and immerse the pears completely.

Turn down the heat and let the pears simmer for 10 minutes.

Turn off the heat and leave the pears in the coffee for a short while.

Scrape the chocolate with a peeler.

Remove the (still warm) pears from the moisture and place them on plates.

Spoon a scoop of ice cream into the cavity of the pear and sprinkle with the chocolate curls.

Drip espresso on each plate..
