Directions

Place the glasses in the freezer for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, put the ice cream in a mixing bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes so that the ice becomes softer. Mix the prosecco bit by bit with a mixer at the lowest setting.
Remove the glasses from the freezer and pour the pear prosecco into the glasses. Serve with a straw.
