Boil the carrot and cauliflower in approximately 5 minutes and let cool.

Heat the vinegar, ginger, curry, turmeric and sugar in a saucepan. Stir and bring to a boil.

Mix the flour with 1 tablespoon of water. Stir this flour mixture through the vinegar and cook at medium height until the sauce is bound.

Add all vegetables and cook for another half a minute. Season with salt and pepper.

Fill the pot (s) with the piccalilly and let it cool down. Nice with meat.
