Cross the tomato on top and immerse for 1 min in a bowl of boiling water. Allow to cool in cold water.

Unfreeze the tomato with a knife. Halve, remove the seeds with a spoon and cut into cubes.

Prepare the tomato with a fork as finely as possible. Mix in a bowl with the cream cheese.

Cut the cucumber into thin strips. Peel the carrots and cook in 3 min. Al dente in plenty of boiling water.

Place the cucumber, carrots and breadsticks strips in the cream cheese dip. Tell your baby how to dip the vegetables and breadsticks in the dip.
