Popper: pasta with spinach cream sauce 10-12 months

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, defrost and preheat the spinach according to the instructions on the packaging.

Cross the tomato on top and immerse for 1 min in a bowl of boiling water. Allow to cool in cold water.

Unfreeze the tomato with a knife. Halve, remove the seeds with a spoon and cut the flesh into cubes.

Let the spinach drain in a sieve. Drain the pasta.

Purée the spinach, tomato and pasta with the hand blender or in the food processor to a coarse puree. Mix in the cream cheese.
