Potato garden pea puree
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: lemon (scrubbed), fresh mint ((a 15 g), only the leaves), crumbly potatoes (peeled), garden peas (a 450 g, frozen) and crème fraîche (125 ml).

Grate the yellow skin of 1 half of the lemon.

Cut the mint leaves into thin strips.

Boil the potatoes in water with salt in 25 minutes until done.

In the meantime, cook the garden peas in a different pan in 5 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and add the crème fraîche.

Stamp with a puree damper to a puree.

Spoon the garden peas, lemon zest and fresh mint and season with salt and pepper..
