Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
-
Let the puff pastry thaw.
-
Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Cook for 5 minutes in plenty of water with salt. Drain and let cool.
-
Cover the greased quiche or cake tin with the slices of puff pastry. Cover the puff pastry with parchment paper and sprinkle with lentils.
-
Place the quiche bottom in the middle of the hot oven for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, bake the bacon in a pan with a non-stick coating in 5 minutes.
-
Take the quiche bottom out of the oven, remove the lentils and the baking paper and bake the bottom for another 10 minutes without filling in the middle of the oven.
-
Remove the quiche bottom from the oven and spread the potato slices over the bottom.
-
Slice the chives. Mix the eggs, the whipped cream and the chives in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
-
Pour half of the mixture over the potato slices, spread the bacon over it and pour the rest of the mixture over the quiche.
-
Sprinkle the grated cheese over it and fry the potato quiche in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes until done and until golden brown.
