Provençal fish dish with thyme couscous
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, pangasius fillet (fish), tomato cubes (400 g), Provençal stir-fry mix (400 g), black olives without seeds (in rings), couscous and thyme leaves (bag of 15 g).

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Dab the pangasius fillets dry with kitchen paper and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Divide the tomato cubes with the juice over the bottom of the oven dish.

Stir in the stir-fry mix and olives and season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Put the pangasius fillets on the vegetables and cover the dish with aluminum foil, so that no steam can escape.

Slide the dish into the oven and steam the fish dish for 20-25 minutes.

Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the packaging and then stir in the thyme leaves.

Divide the couscous over four plates, stir in the vegetables in the baking dish and spread them over the couscous.

Put the pangasius fillets on it and serve immediately..
