Ragout of a family cage
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: milk, custard (pack a 400 g), vanilla sugar, sugar, strawberry jam (or raspberry jam), rusks and raspberries (125 g).
Bring the milk to the boil, leaving 3-4 tablespoons of cold milk behind.
Mix the custard with the 2 types of sugar and stir in the cold milk left behind.
Make a smooth paste of the custard (make sure that you stir all the lumps out).
Stir 3 tablespoons of boiled milk through the custard paste.
Pour this custard porridge into the rest of the boiled milk while stirring and let it simmer for 2 minutes on a low heat, keep stirring.
Allow the custard to cool for about 10 minutes.
Heat the jam with 150 ml water and stir it into a sauce.
Crumble the rusks, spread them over the 6 glasses and pour half of the sauce.
Divide the custard over the glasses and finally pour over the rest of the sauce.
Garnish with the raspberries and serve the pudding after it has cooled down..
