Rainbow salad with blackberry dressing
Salad for the gourmet of lettuce, beetroot and yellow and orange carrot with blackberries with yoghurt and cremaceto balsamic vinegar.
Put the blackberries, yogurt and cremaceto in a tall cup.
Mix with a hand blender to a smooth dressing. Season to taste with a lot of pepper and possibly some salt.
Divide the lettuce and beetroot, yellow and orange carrot over a flat plate. Sprinkle with the dressing.
