Raspberries with white chocolate cream
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: raspberries (à 200 g), white chocolate, whipped cream, creamy yogurt raspberry blackberry (cup à 500 g) and galette waffles (pack of 250 g).
Carefully wash raspberries. On top, 150 g of chocolate break into pieces. Bowl in pan with boiling water and let chocolate melt with stirring (au bain-marie). In bowl, whipped cream is almost stiff. Sprinkle yoghurt and melted chocolate through it, store in a refrigerator covered until used. Shavings of chunks of chocolate with cheese slicer or peeler.
Lay 4 waffles on four plates and divide two-thirds of raspberries. Prepare a generous amount of chocolate cream on raspberries and cover with the rest of waffles. Create the rest of the chocolate cream. Garnish with the rest of raspberries and chocolate shavings.
