Rhubarb berry jars with meringue

Boil the rhubarb with the honey and a small splash of water for 5-6 minutes until it is soft. Allow to cool slightly.

Scoop the blueberries through (this can also be done a day in advance).

Fill the jars with this mixture until they are 2/3 full.

Scoop or spray the meringue.

Do not color it too close to a hot oven grill or use a burner.
