Rice salad with Mackerel


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice ready-to-eat (à 250 g), snow peas, cucumber, spring onions, smoked mackerel (350 g), lemon juice and mixed frisia (200 g).

Directions

  1. Prepare rice according to instructions and allow to cool.
  2. Cleansing peels, washing and boiling in about 4 minutes.
  3. Rinse with cold water and let it drain.
  4. Clean cucumber and cut into cubes.
  5. Clean the forest onions and cut into rings.
  6. Remove fish from skin and leaves and divide them into pieces.
  7. Release rice with fork.
  8. Mix vegetables, fish and rice.
  9. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  10. Spread out four plates.
  11. Create rice salad..
