Richly filled pea soup
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, extra virgin olive oil, shallot (finely chopped), fresh basil ((15 g), in strips), garden peas (frozen), vegetable stock (of tablet), broken green beans (halved), celery (in bows), Greek yogurt (cup a 500 g) and ham cubes (a 250 g).

Heat oil in (soup) pan and fry shallot and half of basil for 1 minute.

From peas, keep 4 full tablespoons apart, mix remaining with shallot and basil.

Add the broth, bring the soup to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes.

Mix with soup blender soup.

Season with salt and pepper.

Stir in green beans and celery.

Soup the soup gently until vegetables (bite) are cooked.

Stir the yoghurt, ham cubes and reserved peas with soup and heat briefly.

Soup the soup into four deep plates and sprinkle the rest of the basil strips over it.

Delicious with thick slices of dark brown bread..
