Roll of warm ham with sauerkraut salad

Rinse the sauerkraut in a sieve under cold running water and let it drain well. In the meantime cut the apple into quarters, remove the core and cut the flesh into thin strips. Also cut the pickles into thin strips. Slice the parsley.

Mix the sour cream, mustard, apple, pickles and parsley with the sauerkraut. Season with pepper and salt.

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and bake the slices of ham for 2 minutes. Turn halfway. Cut open the Kaiser rolls and spread the warm ham on the bottom. Spoon the sauerkraut salad on the ham and cover with the top of the buns. Serve immediately.
