Mix the low-fat margarine with the garlic and sambal oelek. Spread 2 slices of bread with half of the spicy butter.

Cover the smeared slices of bread with slices of salami and cucumber.

Then spread 2 slices of bread on one side with the rest of the spicy butter and on the other side with 2 tablespoons of cheese spread.

Place the side with the spicy butter on the cucumber. Spread slices of tomato over the side with cheese spreads and sprinkle with pepper.

Spread the last 2 slices of bread with 2 tablespoons of cheese spread and place them on the tomato.

Cut the club sandwich diagonally and stick it with a skewer. Pack the sandwich to take with you in cling film.
