Directions

  1. Blanch the green beans for about 2 minutes in water with salt. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Remove the outer salad leaves and then detach 12 leaves. Wash the leaves and dry them.
  3. Beat a dressing of the vinegar, oil and garlic and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Divide the salad leaves over a dish and place some anchovies, egg, tuna, green beans, a tomato and an olive on each leaf.
  5. Drip the dressing over the snacks and serve immediately.
