Grind the salmon in a food processor with the ginger, garlic, lime zest, fish sauce and red pepper.

Season with salt and pepper.

Form 4 burgers with moist hands and put them in the freezer for about 15 minutes.

Mix the breadcrumbs with salt and pepper and carefully pass the burgers through.

Heat the sunflower oil and fry the burgers on medium height in about 6 minutes until golden brown.

In the meantime, mix the mayonnaise with the sesame oil and lime juice.

Cover the bread rolls with the bean sprouts, cucumber, salmon burgers, spring onions and sesame mayonnaise.
