Salad with grilled pear and crispy parma ham

Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Place the slices of Parma ham side by side on an oven rack covered with parchment paper. Fry the ham until crispy in about 10 minutes. Remove the slices from the oven, let them cool down and break them into pieces.

Meanwhile, cut the pears in half and take out the core. Cut the halves into thick slices and brush them with a little oil.

Preheat the grill pan and grill the slices of pear on both sides until they are nicely browned.

Mix the ingredients for the dressing and season with salt and pepper.

Mix the walnuts with the lettuce and the dressing and divide this over four plates. Divide the slices of pear and the parma ham and add some pepper.
