Salad with sundried tomato
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes cooking, olive oil, vinegar, honey, fine broad beans (a 300 g, frozen), smoked bacon cubes (250 g), sundried tomatoes ((a 295 g) and in strips).

Peel the potatoes and cut into ½ cm thick slices. Boil them in water with salt in 10 min. Until done. Drain.

Mix the oil with the vinegar and honey. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the potatoes and let cool.

Cook the green beans according to the instructions on the package al dente and mix them with the potatoes. Allow to cool down further.

Meanwhile, fry the bacon for 5 minutes on medium heat. Drain in a sieve and mix with the sundried tomatoes through the salad.
