Salmon butterflies with honey-mustard sauce

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Place the slices of puff pastry side by side and prick them with a fork here and there. Put the smoked salmon on it.

Roll the sides of the dough together with the salmon to the half. Put in the freezer for about 30 minutes.

Cut the rolls into slices and put them on the baking sheet. Brush with the dressing.

Bake the butterflies in the middle of the oven in 12 minutes until golden brown.
