Grease the quiche mold and preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Mix the eggs and crème fraîche in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the salmon, leek and dill.

Line the quiche mold with the dough and press the slices together well.

Pour the filling into the quiche and fry the quiche golden brown and cooked in the oven for about 45 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the salad. Mix the lemon juice with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Divide the lamb's lettuce over a bowl, add the peppers and pour some of the lemon dressing.
