Soak wooden skewers first in water to prevent burning.

Mix the meat cubes with the coriander, ginger powder and a dash of ketjapmarinademanis.

Heat half of the wok oil and fry the shallot and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add the ketchup and sambal and cook for 1 minute.

Stir 100 ml ketjapmarinademanis and 100 ml water through it and gently heat until the sauce thickens slightly.

Thread the meat on the skewers. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan or grill pan and roast the meat in 6-7 minutes until golden brown and done. Turn around regularly.

Pour the soy sauce over the skewers and sprinkle with the fried onions.
