A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: poultry, butter, sweet onion (coarsely chopped), mild paprika, tomato puree (70 g), fresh sauerkraut (drained), caraway seed (kummel), dried thyme and chicken broth (or herb broth (from tablet)).

Directions

  1. Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the onion gently.
  2. Stir in the paprika powder and tomato puree and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Boil the sauerkraut with caraway seeds and thyme.
  4. Bring the broth to it and bring it to a boil.
  5. Place low heat and sauerkraut in open pan in 20-25 minutes.
  6. Cooked oven, shake regularly.
  7. Delicious with bratwurst or (chicken) roulade..
