Sauerkraut on his hungarian
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: poultry, butter, sweet onion (coarsely chopped), mild paprika, tomato puree (70 g), fresh sauerkraut (drained), caraway seed (kummel), dried thyme and chicken broth (or herb broth (from tablet)).

Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the onion gently.

Stir in the paprika powder and tomato puree and fry for 2 minutes.

Boil the sauerkraut with caraway seeds and thyme.

Bring the broth to it and bring it to a boil.

Place low heat and sauerkraut in open pan in 20-25 minutes.

Cooked oven, shake regularly.

Delicious with bratwurst or (chicken) roulade..
