A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: A-parts (2 bags a 450 g), Zaanse mustard, sour cream, mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, fresh chives ((a 25 g) and in pieces of about 1 cm).

Directions

  1. A-parts in water with salt for about 8 minutes.
  2. Drain A-parts in colander and cool.
  3. In a bowl of mustard, sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and, to taste, mix salt and pepper.
  4. A-parts and chives by dressing.
  5. Cover the dishes and leave the flavors in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. Delicious with sausages, hamburgers and mussel skewers..
