Stuffed dates with cream pâté

Empty the cream pâté in a deep plate with a fork.

Sprinkle the port (or white wine) over it and mix everything into a smooth mixture.

Cut the dates in length and remove the kernel.

Fill the cavities generously with the pâté and smooth the top.

Garnish with a tuft of parsley.

Put the dates on a dish and put them in the refrigerator until use.
