Directions

  1. Empty the cream pâté in a deep plate with a fork.
  2. Sprinkle the port (or white wine) over it and mix everything into a smooth mixture.
  3. Cut the dates in length and remove the kernel.
  4. Fill the cavities generously with the pâté and smooth the top.
  5. Garnish with a tuft of parsley.
  6. Put the dates on a dish and put them in the refrigerator until use.
