Cut each chicken pie fillet into 3 pieces. Mix paprika and cumin with salt and freshly ground black pepper in a bowl with the olive oil and roll the chicken dumplings through them, making sure they are covered well.

Cut the onion into wedges. Bake the chicken in a frying pan in 5 minutes around brown. Fry the onion tarts with you. Meanwhile, let the sauerkraut leaking into a sieve.

Peel the apple and cut it into pieces. Spoon the sauerkraut and apple through the chicken, cook for 2 minutes on a low heat and pour in the stock. Smother the sauerkraut with chicken and apple gently in 20 minutes. Tasty with boiled potatoes.
