Directions

  1. Prepare a barbecue with lid for indirect grilling on medium heat.
  2. Knead the minced meat and divide into 4 equal portions. Form a ball with moist hands from each portion.
  3. Put a ball chopped on a piece of baking paper and press flat to a burger. Put the beer can in the middle and press something.
  4. Form a kind of tray of the minced meat by pressing the meat against the can and you have an upright edge of approx. 2 cm.
  5. Cover the rim of the container with the slices of bacon. Carefully remove the can and make 3 more citizens.
  6. Cut the bleu stilton into pieces. Clean the jalapeño pepper, remove the seeds and cut the pulp fine.
  7. Divide the blue stilton and jalapeño over the citizens and cover with the cheddar.
  8. Grill the burgers for about 30 minutes indirectly on the barbecue with the lid on. Turn occasionally so that they are evenly golden brown all around.
  9. Check for doneness and grill if necessary longer.
