A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: onion, parsley, mint, Tivall mix (250 g), garlic, olive oil (extra virgin), shoarma herbs, Greek yogurt (150 g), salt, (freshly ground) pepper and tomatoes.

Directions

  1. Onion peel and finely grate. Chop parsley and fresh mint very finely. Tivall mix in bowl. Peel garlic and press 1 toe over Tivall. Combine onion, parsley, mint, 3 tablespoons of olive oil and shawarma spices. Divide the Tivall mix into 6 portions and form into elongated sausages of approx. 10 cm long. Put sausages in refrigerator for about 30 minutes, so that flavor can develop. Squeeze out another onion of garlic over yoghurt and stir. Season the garlic sauce with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill pan until it is piping hot. Cover the sausages around with the rest of the oil and roast about 6 minutes in brown and cooked roasting pan. Wash and halve tomatoes and place in a grill pan with cutting edge. Sprinkle tomatoes for about 2 minutes. Place sausages and tomatoes on four plates. Add some garlic sauce and add the rest of the sauce. Serve with rice.
