Shrimp mix with lemon mayo


A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, fish stock (2 tablets), winter carrots (in slices), leeks (in rings), garlic, giant shrimps (bag 500 g, frozen), extra virgin olive oil, flat parsley (20 g) , finely chopped), lemon (scrubbed), Dutch shrimps (100 g), cooked prawns (200 g) and mayonnaise.

Directions

  1. Bring the stock, carrot, leek and garlic to a boil in a pan. Add the frozen king prawns and cook until about 5 minutes until done. Scoop the shrimps out of the pan with a slotted spoon and let cool.
  2. Mix the oil with half of the parsley in a bowl. Halve the lemon and grate the yellow skin of 1 half above the oil. Squeeze out that half and cut the other half into segments. Scoop the Dutch shrimps through the oil. Season with 1 tbsp lemon juice, pepper and salt.
  3. Serve all shrimp on a scale. Sprinkle with the rest of the parsley and put the wedges of lemon between the shrimps. Mix the mayonnaise with the rest of the lemon juice and serve with it. Tasty with crusty bread and a salad of lettuce with oil and vinegar.
