Mix half of the coriander with the rest of the ingredients for the marinade and season with salt and pepper.

Mix the shrimp through the marinade and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Thread the shrimps on the skewers.

Mix the lettuce with the to and dressing. Roast the shrimp 2-3 minutes per side on a hot barbecue or under the oven grill.
