Beat the eggs in a bowl.

Do not do this too hard not to make the mixture too watery.

Add salt and a generous amount of neutral oil.

Put the remaining oil in a small frying pan and place on high heat.

When the oil has become hot, the egg mixture can be added.

Let the edges solidify a bit.

Now lift the edges slightly with a spatula and allow the liquid egg to drain from the omelette.

Keep repeating this until all the liquid egg has disappeared.

Cut the omelet in the pan in four times and turn each piece over.

Bake the other side briefly on high heat and serve the omelette immediately.

Do you want to keep the omelette whole. Turn over the omelette with a glass lid or a large plate.
