Ingredients
Directions
-
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
-
Do not do this too hard not to make the mixture too watery.
-
Add salt and a generous amount of neutral oil.
-
Put the remaining oil in a small frying pan and place on high heat.
-
When the oil has become hot, the egg mixture can be added.
-
Let the edges solidify a bit.
-
Now lift the edges slightly with a spatula and allow the liquid egg to drain from the omelette.
-
Keep repeating this until all the liquid egg has disappeared.
-
Cut the omelet in the pan in four times and turn each piece over.
-
Bake the other side briefly on high heat and serve the omelette immediately.
-
Do you want to keep the omelette whole. Turn over the omelette with a glass lid or a large plate.
-
Tasty with lettuce and a toasted sandwich.
