Summer smoothie with pineapple, apple and cucumber.

Directions

  1. Halve the pineapple in length. Cut from 1 half in width a slice of 1-2 cm thick and cut into 4 triangles.
  2. Peel the rest of the pineapple, remove the hard core and cut the flesh into pieces. Puree in the blender or food processor.
  3. Peel the apple and remove the core. Cut the apple into pieces and add.
  4. Peel the cucumber and cut it in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds with a teaspoon and cut into pieces.
  5. Add the cucumber and the basil leaves and mix in 30 seconds. to a smoothie. Divide the smoothie over the glasses and garnish with the pineapple dots.
