Soy tower with raspberries
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: white chocolate, whipped cream puffs ((frozen, a 16 pieces), thawed) and raspberries.

Break the chocolate into small pieces.

Put them in a bowl and let them melt in the microwave in 1 minute (at 650 W) melt.

Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir in the chocolate.

Heat the chocolate for another 30 seconds in the microwave; take it out of the microwave every 10 seconds and stir it.

Make sure that all chocolate has melted completely.

Now baptize the top of a soy in the chocolate, lay the soy with the chocolate side up on a bowl.

Also baptize the following puffs in the chocolate and place them in a circular shape (with the chocolate side facing up).

Make three or four different layers; the puffs remain stuck with the still soft chocolate.

Divide the raspberries over the soy tower.

Sprinkle with the icing sugar if necessary..
