On 4 plates, make a small soesian turret by placing three puffs in a triangle against each other and laying one on top.

Cut the marches into pieces and put in a saucepan with the milk. Heat on low heat until the chocolate has melted completely and an even sauce has been created.

Pour the sauce over the turrets. Sprinkle with some icing sugar.
