Heat the olive oil in a wok. Fry the garlic and stir in the stir-fry vegetables. Stir fry for about 5 minutes and mix the tomatoes with juice through them.

Cook the spaghetti al dente.

Spoon the tuna and Italian herbs through the vegetable sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the tuna-vegetable sauce with the spaghetti and sprinkle with the parsley.
